1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User," "Player," "you," or "your") and ajjili (hereinafter "ajjili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ajjili platform, including all games, services, features, content, and applications offered through the website https://ajjili.cam and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

You represent and warrant that your use of ajjili services is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) ajjili account. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If ajjili discovers that you have created or are operating multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets and transactions, and forfeit all balances, including winnings.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your responsibility. You agree to notify ajjili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

ajjili accepts deposits through various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers from major Philippine banks. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change at ajjili's discretion. Deposits are typically credited to your account immediately, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your account balance, subject to the following conditions: (a) you have completed all required identity verification procedures; (b) you have met any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions; (c) your account is in good standing with no ongoing disputes or investigations; and (d) the withdrawal complies with ajjili's anti-money laundering policies. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, typically within 24-48 hours, though processing times may vary. ajjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

3.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on the ajjili Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a currency other than PHP, the amount will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate, and currency conversion fees may apply.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

ajjili maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies in compliance with Philippine law and international standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, request source of funds documentation, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Withdrawals may be subject to AML verification, including requirements that withdrawn funds be returned to the same payment source used for deposits.

4. Gaming Rules and Conduct

4.1 Fair Play

All Users must play fairly and in accordance with the rules of each game. 6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the ajjili Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, and game designs, is the property of ajjili or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from ajjili.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other users' accounts, or computer systems connected to the Platform
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of the Platform or servers and networks connected to the Platform
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Harvesting, collecting, or storing personal information about other users
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users or ajjili staff
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activities
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology used on the Platform
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your ajjili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you remain responsible for any outstanding obligations, and you must withdraw all remaining funds (subject to applicable terms) before closure is finalized.

8.2 Suspension and Termination by ajjili

ajjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you fail to provide requested verification documents; (d) you engage in conduct that damages or may damage ajjili's reputation; or (e) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately, and ajjili may retain your account balance if termination results from your breach of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ajjili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or (d) any matter relating to the Platform. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your ajjili account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ajjili and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (c) your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. 12. Changes to Terms
